what we expect at all times

» stealing is frowned upon and will not be ignored. If you are found stealing from someone, immediate action will be taken.

» this site is rated PG-13. There will be no explicit nudity or foul language that is un-necessary. That doesn't mean a little here and there is awful.

» do not advertise your site outside of the advertising board except in situations for support and the like.

dealing with general use --- & requests

» your signature will not exceed 500 x 350; nor will any other image posted on the site. This doesn't mean you can't simply link out to larger images.

» do not bug personalizers if they have told you when you will receive your image.

» in your portfolio/gallery threads please do not make your thread graphic heavy. A graphic header to introduce your thread or maybe a few avatars is fine. Don't over do it.

» use all forms that are provided throughout the site. do not edit them.

» please post if you have picked up your image, maybe even comment on it? It is only nice.

» You may only bump your thread after 3 days. ie; so if you post on the 1st .. you only can bump after the 4th ... so the 5th.

» When providing pictures in a request form, link out to them.

» only one request per thread.

» When you request a digital image, you must provide at least 1 main picture, and 1 background picture; if you want a background.

» You may only request a skin by buying one for 200 points. =] Your points will ONLY be deducted until after the skin is complete.

» respect each individual personalizer's rules, some do not mind where their work is hosted while others prefer it hosted at their own portfolio.

» always notify the personalizer if you are requesting double work. This is when you request not only here, but somewhere else as well.

» please try and give an estimated time of completion when claiming a request.

» when claiming an image, try and think before-hand and plan so you can have it done within a 1-2 week time period. You wouldn't want to wait too long for a request, would you?
Exceptions; Hand-Drawn Requests and Skins.

» it is your responsibility to notify each requester of your rules for hosting images, if you have any; or if stock providers request it to be only a certain place.

» when done with a request, post on the original thread to tell that you are done and then post their image in the correct pick-up area.

» You will all be given the power to move threads. If you could, when you are finished with the request, move it to the 'Completed' board.

» try to make sure you are on at least once every few [3-4] days, if you cannot be please post in the absence board.

» you are only to take on things you are accepted to do.
