Can I request "Horseland" images?
Yes, you may. But please note, there are some personalizers that will not take requests for certain sites.

Do I need a certain amount of posts to request images?
Yes, but only in our Skin section. You will need posts to request a skin that is now going for 200 points. The only reason this is, is that we do not have enough people that do skins to have someone randomly coming in only to request a skin, which takes quite awhile, and then leave.

Did you used to run Absent Memory Designs?
Yes, this is like my .. re-incarnation of that site. ;3

There is codes on your site that I want for mine! Can I have them?
It depends, if they are codes that I got off of sites that provide them, sure! I'll even give you the link. Though, if they are custom codes or otherwise, that's a iffy thing. PM me.

Why is a certain requesting board/application board closed?
Requesting boards are closed when there is a back-up of requests that need to be caught up with. When requesting boards hit 25 requests (that haven't been filled/completed) a board will be closed.

As for applications, usually you will see student applications closed. This is because a lot of times there is an over-abundance of students and not enough teachers. That's it. Usually there's no reason to close other applications. ^^

Why hasn't my request been taken?
It could be a number of reasons: personalizers being too busy, form not filled out properly, lack of good photos, etc. If this goes on for too long, PM one of our helpful staff and have them look at it to tell you what you maybe can do.
